These Terms of Service govern your use of goldtage.com and any purchases made through it, operated by EVA-ECOM LLC. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility

2. Products & Pricing
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and limit quantities. Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith and may vary slightly from actual products.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you authorize EVA-ECOM LLC to charge your selected payment method for the total amount including applicable taxes and shipping. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely by Shopify Payments and Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant). Your card statement will show the charge as GOLDTAGE.
4. Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected where required by applicable US state law based on your shipping address. Tax amounts are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved in good faith. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Wyoming.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
