Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy describes how Goldtage, operated by EVA-ECOM LLC, processes and delivers orders placed through our website (goldtage.com). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Shipping Destinations
Goldtage ships to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders must be shipped to a valid US residential or commercial address.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding federal public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

4. Free Shipping
Orders of $49.00 or more (before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping to any US address.
5. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order at goldtage.com/pages/track-order.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to correct your address. Once shipped, we cannot make changes.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
