Yes! All orders of $49 or more qualify for free standard shipping to any address in the United States. Orders under $49 have a flat shipping rate of $4.99.

Yes, we ship to all 50 United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The credit will appear on your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to reflect the amount.

Yes. Every product in our store is reviewed for pet safety. We only carry items that are non-toxic, BPA-free where applicable, and meet or exceed US safety standards. Always supervise your pet during initial use of any new product.

Measure your dog's neck with a soft tape measure and add 1–2 inches for comfort. As a general guide: Small fits necks 8–12 inches, Medium fits 12–18 inches, and Large fits 18–26 inches. Size guides are included on each product page.
