Refund & Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
- Return request submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
- Item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached
- Order number or proof of purchase is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened perishable goods, including edible treats or food items
- Items marked Final Sale at time of purchase
- Used, washed, or damaged items not in original condition
- Personalized or custom engraved items (unless damaged or defective)
- Gift cards
3. How to Return
Contact us at support@goldtage.com or call +1 (307) 443-5895 with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason. If the item is damaged, include photos. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to reflect the credit. We do not charge restocking fees.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
