If you're experiencing a problem with shipping or the product, and you're feeling frustrated, please contact us right away at support@goldtage.com. Our team is ready to assist you as quickly as possible.
14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please email us at support@goldtage.com. We’ll provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your return. Please note, we only accept returns for items that are new and unused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Custom orders

Beauty and health products

Items that are worn or used directly on the skin (including all underwear products). Please check sizing carefully before purchasing, as returns or exchanges for these items are not accepted.

Clothing and shoes: To help reduce environmental impact, we do not accept returns on clothing and shoes. If an item doesn’t fit, we’ll issue a voucher so you can reorder the correct size. We encourage you to gift or donate the original item to avoid unnecessary waste.

Processing Time for Returns
Once your return is received, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
Return Address
Please contact us by email for the return address. Note: Our business address is not the same as our return facility due to limited warehouse space.

Refunds
If your return is approved after inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order for the desired product.
Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to stop the order, but if it’s already processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, please follow our return process.
